When I shoot a birth I photograph it in a documentary style. I capture things as they naturally happen. Some shots are re-enacted, but most of the time they are captured as they happen. Having a birth photographer present allows you to have professional photos of your special day without having to think about telling someone to take a picture. There are so many moments that happen that day. A lot of the moments you do not even realize happen until I deliver the photos and then it sparks your memory.

A fresh 48 session is a newborn photography session that takes place at the hospital, within the first 48 hours of life. It can also be referred to as hospital newborn pictures.
