Domestic Violence Awareness| Cookeville Tennessee

Domestic violence hits home for me. I grew up in a domestic violence household and I have been a victim of domestic violence myself. It’s hard to talk about but it is something I am passionate about bringing awareness and attention too. I was taught at a young age to not talk about it, it is just something that happens that isn’t right. I’m just now at a point where I can fully talk about it without feeling bad for it. If you have been a victim of domestic violence, know your voice matters!

I’m so thankful I was able to be apart of these Mom’s welcoming their baby boy coming into the world. He is one loved little boy and he will have the privilege of getting double the amount of love from his Mom’s. I’m glad to see these two women raising a child together. The video of his arrival is in the making!

Owen made his way into the world and is probably the calmest baby I have witnessed coming into the world. Seeing this family expand is near and dear to my heart. I watched these two get married and now watched these two welcome their sweet baby boy into the world. The emotions on both days are priceless memories. The photographs show how much love their is between the two of them.

I absolutely love it when couples include their pets with their portraits. Fur babies are a big part of families so of course, they should be in family photos. I took this couples engagement pictures and now it’s almost a year later and they are just as happy as their engagement session. If you have pets, I encourage you to bring them so you have photos of them to look back on for memories.
