Creative & Candid Wedding Photography | Family Wedding Photographer
If you didn’t read my previous blog, I’ll do a brief paraphrasing. I met Sarah, the bride below, while shooting her big sister’s wedding. See the previous blog about her big sister’s wedding day. Now that we’ve done a little flashback to the big sister’s wedding day, let’s shine some light on the little sister’s wedding day.
My favorite aspect of shooting Sarah’s wedding day is the collaborative effort she had with her vision for her wedding photos. As a creative wedding photographer, I encourage my clients to make a Pinterest board and save any images they would like to capture on their big day. Sarah had so many good photo inspirations, which made my job even more enjoyable. It provides a more creative collaboration feel between the client and me. It also allows the client to think about photo ideas that truly represent their personality. Capturing a bride and groom’s true personalities in photos is what I strive to do with every client.
I know some photographers might find input annoying, but I enjoy the collaborative effort from the client. It alleviates the lack of clarity about what the client wants from their big day, allowing you to know exactly what they are looking for.
